Blueberry Cream Cheese Crescent Danishes

The juicy berries bubble into the flaky pastry and make the most beautiful mess while baking โ€” sweet, tangy, and just like a bakery treat with almost no effort.

๐Ÿด Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
ยผ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp melted butter
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough into triangles.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Add a small handful of blueberries on top.
Roll up starting from the wide end and place on baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake until puffed and golden brown.

I made this big slab pie for a crowd, and itโ€™s so much easier than dealing with individual pies โ€” just slice it into squares and serve. Buttery crust, soft cinnamon apples, and a sweet glaze on top.

๐Ÿด Ingredients:
2 boxes refrigerated pie crusts (4 crusts)
6 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
ยพ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
ยผ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
1 egg + splash of water (for egg wash)

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
Roll out two crusts and press into a large rimmed baking sheet, covering bottom and sides.
In a bowl, toss apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Spread apple mixture evenly over the crust and dot with butter.
Roll out remaining crusts and place on top. Seal edges and cut small vents.
Brush with egg wash.

These peppers are such a fun way to switch up taco night โ€” savory, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every bite.

4 green bell peppers
1 lb taco-seasoned ground beef
1 package taco rice (prepared)
1 can Rotel, drained
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese (divided)
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Cut tops off peppers (or halve them) and remove seeds.
Place peppers in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes to soften.
Cook ground beef and prepare taco rice according to package directions.
In a bowl, mix cooked beef, half the rice, Rotel, and ยฝ cup cheese.
Remove peppers from oven and fill with the mixture.
Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until melted and bubbly.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet chicken gravy mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1ยฝ cups water
ยฝ tsp garlic powder
ยผ tsp black pepper

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in an even layer.
In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, water, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.

Crispy on the outside, cheesy and loaded on the inside โ€” these stuffed tacos are packed with flavor and always a hit with the whole family.

๐Ÿด Ingredients:
1โ€“1.5 lbs ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
1 can Rotel, drained
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pack shredded Mexican blend cheese
Provolone cheese slices (1 per taco)
White queso dip
1 jar picante salsa
Flour tortillas
Flour + water (for sealing)
Optional: sour cream, salsa
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic until browned. Drain grease.
Stir in Rotel and about 1 cup shredded cheese until melted.
Place a slice of provolone in the center of each tortilla.
Add beef mixture, drizzle queso and salsa, then sprinkle more cheese.
Fold tortillas in half and seal edges with flour-water mixture.
Fry on medium-low heat for 3โ€“4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with sour cream or salsa.
