Blueberry Cream Cheese Crescent Danishes
The juicy berries bubble into the flaky pastry and make the most beautiful mess while baking — sweet, tangy, and just like a bakery treat with almost no effort.
🍴 Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll crescent dough into triangles.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Add a small handful of blueberries on top.
Roll up starting from the wide end and place on baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake until puffed and golden brown.

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth, lump-free filling.
