Columbus just got better looking. ✨

Four years of Birch & Co. Four years of taking chances, trusting our vision, working our asses off, and building something we are incredibly proud to call ours.

We’re a female-owned, female-run business built on partnership, creativity, grit, and a whole lot of determination. What started as an idea between two women has grown into a business that is now booking into Spring 2027 — and sometimes we have to remind ourselves just how far we’ve come.

We’ve worked hard for every project, every client, every opportunity, and every bit of growth along the way. And we’re nowhere near finished.

Here’s to strong women, big dreams, beautiful spaces, and refusing to let anything stand in our way.

Meet Rhiannon 🤍

Continuing our little reintroduction… meet Rhiannon — the other half of Birch & Co. and the girl who somehow loves being home more than anywhere else, but is also always ready to pack up the kids and head to the mountains. 🏔️

When she’s not designing, you’ll probably find her with a coffee in hand, heading to Pilates, cooking at home, watching sports, or planning the next outdoor adventure. She loves camping and hiking with her kids, skiing in the mountains, and spending time with her very large (and very loved) Newfoundland, Huckleberry.

A few things that make Rhiannon, Rhiannon:

🧘‍♀️ Pilates is basically a personality trait
🏔️ Mountains over beaches
🥾 Hiking, camping & anything outdoors

🍳 Loves cooking, wine and a cozy night at home

Meet Ashley 🤍

It’s time for a little reintroduction around here! Meet Ashley — one half of Birch & Co. and the girl who can make a room look effortlessly pulled together with approximately 47 perfectly tossed pillows. 😉

When she’s not designing beautiful spaces, you’ll probably find her soaking up anything involving the beach, brunch, gardening, cooking, or a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc. She’s a proud girl mom, believes there’s no such thing as too many throw pillows, and will happily spend an afternoon rearranging a room until it feels just right.

A few things that make Ashley, Ashley:

🥂 Sauvignon Blanc is always a good idea
🍳 Brunch enthusiast
🌿 Happiest with her hands in the garden
🍽️ Loves cooking and gathering around the table

🏡 And, of course, completely obsessed with creating homes that feel beautiful, comfortable and lived in

What was once a cramped storage closet in the middle of this dining space is now one of the most striking features in the home. We transformed this entire area with a fully custom wine bar featuring dramatic built-ins, statement tile, rich cabinetry, gorgeous quartz countertops, new lighting, and a completely elevated dining experience.

This is why we always tell our clients to look at the potential of a space — not just what’s currently there. The difference thoughtful design can make is unreal.

From forgotten coat closet to one of the moodiest little moments in the house. ✨

Cannot thank our team over @614.propertymaintenance enough for all their hard work on this space.

What was once a basic storage space off of our client’s dining room is now a custom wine bar filled with rich tones, dramatic contrast, warm brass details, and layered texture. The dark cabinetry paired with the reflective tile and marble creates such a cozy, elevated feel — especially when the lighting softens at night.

We love transforming overlooked spaces into something functional, beautiful, and completely unexpected. 🍷🖤

We traded heavy wood tones and harsh contrast for a warm, layered, modern organic feel — and honestly… this kitchen feels like an entirely different home now.

The before wasn’t bad, our client just wanted more.

From new stunning flooring to adding a custom brass perimeter and wrapping the space in the most beautiful wallpaper… every layer was intentional.
