Thinking back to this open floorplan transformation. We love how we tied the two spaces together by using a sophisticated palette of neutrals. The soft, airy perimeter cabinets were grounded by the bold charcoal island and touches of gold and rich brown leather. Thinking back to this time last year, when we were showcasing our design at the Wildfair Estate for Mansion in May 2025.

One of our favorite pieces were these custom ottomans, upholstered in luxe cut velvet and topped with plush cowhide seats, paired with the textured gold console table. Their bold, playful personality stood out in a room filled with so many unique details, highlighting our love for pairing unexpected materials to create something truly special. Looking back at them still makes us smile.

Styling is always our final step, but it’s never an afterthought. It’s the moment everything comes together and a space truly feels complete.

And there’s an art to it. We consider the placement, color, size, and scale of each piece so the vignette feels balanced and visually effortless. Every detail on these built-ins was styled to feel natural, collected, and personal, including the tortoise shell cabinet k***s, a subtle touch that adds just the right amount of interest.
