Top coat of mud has been finally laid throughout main area, bathroom has been started with top coat of mud, and cubby is about finished up..

Monday finish mudding, then it's time to get dusty, then paint..
In the home stretch..

Yes it's vertical and set as panels for quick and easy acess for those "just in case" moments..

Client will be finishing this off with new furring strips..
Small ledge installed to hold your beverages..

How it all started..Flashing installed incorrectly can cause wood rot..2x4's all replaced Removed all insulation Removed...

How it all started..
Flashing installed incorrectly can cause wood rot..
2x4's all replaced
Removed all insulation
Removed the needed electrical
Had to raise header board 2inches
New studs in place
Double wall studs throughout this wall
Removed siding (2 layers)
Had to dig out a 4inch trench to remove bottom piece of siding
Exterior wall was then removed, and finally started to install new osb..

What a week so far
Almost done..

It's been a while since my last job I took on (had to take a hiatus for a bit)
But I'm back at it..

Today finished off this livingroom and hallway..
Crown painted and caulked
Ceiling freshened up
Warm cream on the walls
All floor molding has been painted
1 wall smoothed out
Front window re-caulked

20 years or more since painted, and gave this space a new life..
Another customer satisfied, and that's a win in my book..
