You are my sunshine started because my sweet friend, Brielle, was having a baby. She had mentioned in conversation that she loved the song "You Are My Sunshine" by the Pine Ridge Boys. I wanted to give her a gift that was more personal and unique to her. That is how my first piece and the name of my business came to be! I hand paint decorative canvases as home decor. :)
