Dates are not exactly Keto friendly but a small indulgence with little spike because Dates cause our body to use energy from it. This burns off fairly quickly . Diabetic people can indulge knowing it will give energy & vitamin A, B6, & vitamin K also antioxidants boost immune system. Healthy options to mainstream foods are always a win for your body‼️💕 Recipe: Dates.. cut pitted dates to open up and press down into parchment 📜 paper, start in the middle of the pan working your way to the edge of a small cake pan.
Place peanut 🥜 butter on the top pressing evenly ( I make my own peanut butter so there is no uses of terrible oils) ( feel free to ask for the easy recipe).
Melt dark chocolate sugar free chocolate with a tsp of Avocado oil.. in microwave , sitting between each set using 15 minute increments until melted. Then proceed to spread that evenly over the rectangular covered dates✅✅ Freeze, cut into squares, then enjoy 😉

The yellow💛dried squash flour isn’t as pulverized as I had anticipated! I must need a better food processor to powder it. 🤪. But all in all it’s a 🙌 heathy version for breading on chicken 🍗 or to make breaded pickles🥒 etc! Very healthy low carb addition to your cupboard 🧑‍🍳

Sconces or cookie 🍪 scones
1 1/2 cup self rising flour *see notes below or almond flour version 🍪❤️
1/4-1/2 cups Coconut flour ( only if making low carb version
1 cup plain carbonated water
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (must be a thick greek!) I use 2 Good yogurt blueberry 😊
Chocolate chips to taste- sugar free chips is what I use. Bake Believe brand from Walmart

Add carbonated water to your flour and mix. Then add yogurt and mix again. Stir in desired amount of chocolate chips and scoop out batter onto a lined parchment baking dish adding a little oil to the paper and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until edges are browned.
( ❤️low carb version: spread in a shallow baking pan lined with parchment. Add avocado oil to grease the paper spread bake between 30-40 minutes on 350’ .
Upon removing sprinkle sugar of choice. I use Monk fruit & sugar free chocolate syrup. )
Let cool cut into a one triangles ‼️‼️ Enjoy 😉
