Well do we have just the remedy for you! For a very limited time, only on February 7th and 21st, we are offering a 50% discount for anyone booking a Supper Club. This offer is only available for groups of 2-10 so it's perfect for a romantic dinner for two as well as a Galentine's Day celebration with the ladies.

We got the incredible opportunity to cook for some awesome folks as a part of their engagement dinner! The client asked for a fully custom menu with a menu narrative that followed the story of their relationship. This was a super fun menu to create and a really special event to have a part in. Congrats to the newly engaged couple!

Here are a few of our featured dishes from the night:
Philly Cheesesteak Danish - a cream cheese danish with caramelized onions and peppers. Topped with seared ribeye slices and house made cheese-whiz.
Khao Soi - a traditional Thai dish with egg noodles and poulet farci. Topped with fried egg noodles.
Coffee & Caviar - poached filet mignon with a “cowboy caviar” relish and a beef red-eye gravy.
Mango Mule Cloud - a mango marshmallow with a ginger and lime gel. Garnished with lime zest.
Savory Cookies - a Parmesan & thyme cookie, a caramelized onion cookie, a black garlic & sesame cookie, and a maple cornbread cookie

APPLEFEST 2025

This weekend was a ton of fun and a huge success! A huge thank you to everyone that came out to buy one of our apple smashburgers, apple cubanos, or any of our merch. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without so many awesome folks willing to wait in a huge line for some good food.

Also shoutout to our purveyors, Ray’s Donuts, Guy’s Snacks, Weston Orchard and Vineyard, Arrowhead Specialty Meats, Hautly Cheese Co, and Roma Bakery. If you all didn’t have awesome product, it’d be hard to make things this tasty!

SPECIAL MENU ITEM

This year at Applefest we’re introducing another item on our menu, the Apple Cubano. This sandwich is a spin on the traditional cubano, using Cuban-style smoked pork, applewood-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, yellow mustard, and pickled apple slices all pressed into the grill on a hoagie roll. We will only have 50 of these available, so get them fast!

We’re also excited to announce that we’re partnering with local company Guy’s Snacks for the chips that are served with all of our sandwiches. They’re super crispy, really delicious, and best of all they’re native to KC.
