Halloween is almost here, but there's nothing spooky about these spaces! Scroll through to see some orange AND dark moody rooms we've designed over the years...

What would you do with a dated butler's pantry?

Our clients knew right away: a bar. They entertain, they love w**e, and they wanted a place for both. We're taking the crown molding off and building arched cabinetry with a stone top and backsplash, a shelf across the run, two pull-out doors, and a paneled fridge for kitchen overflow.

Look up! 3 of these 4 kids rooms have something going on above the bed.

Kids spend a lot of time lying in bed staring at the ceiling, so why leave it white?

Which room would your kid pick?

Where do you actually start when you're renovating a home?

It's not with the couch, rugs, or art. We start with the decisions that are hard to undo: layout, plumbing, lighting. Once the bones are settled, we can plan the interior design. But it all has to be done in the right order- that's what our team handles, so you don't have to!

We think a family home should make you smile when you walk in. Naturally, that means having a vintage Keith Haring pinball machine!

The color in this house started with the clients' art.

Our Modern Dream project clients came to us with a serious modern art collection, so we let it lead. We took their family heirloom grand piano and gave it a much needed referbishment by accenting the inside with our clients favorite neon green color, then added a red cherry pendant over it. This goes to show that there's no rules when it comes to contemporary architecture! You can mix and match art, furniture, and color to design a home that feels completely yours.

Kids don't grow out of color. They grow out of themes.

In our Bronxville project, the kids rooms got the same attention as the living room. A world map mural over a navy bed. A striped ceiling that pulls your eye up.

And as an added bonus, the boys can track and mark all the places they have visitied!
