Buffalo Bill... in Weston, Missouri.

👀 Before he became a legend, Buffalo Bill worked right here - where our shop stands - as a young pre-teen.

🌵The footprint of Cactus Creek’s building dates back to the 1840s and was once owned by Cody’s uncle Elijah Cody where he ran Cody’s H**p House. That original building was taken down prior to 1910.

👉🏻 The building that stands here now at 400 Main Street, home to Cactus Creek, was rebuilt on the same footprint in 1910 by the Doppler Family.

Weston was a big deal back then.
River town. Busy. Growing.
Full of stories like this one.
Kind of wild to think it all happened right here.

Jeans with a button at the ankle so that you can make them more like a barrel leg or leave them unbuttoned to have more of a wide leg fit 🙌🏻 this is genius

Yesterday my friend Jo Marie stopped by the shop to show me her new-to-her 1985 Mercedes convertible. ❤️

She’s dreamed of owning this car since she was a little girl watching Hart to Hart on TV. And now she has one ✨

I got to climb in and suddenly I was 16 again, remembering my first car, a 1979 Peugeot. Funny how a car, a smell and a memory can take you right back in time.

I love that Jo Marie made this childhood dream come true. I love the people who walk through our doors. And I love that an ordinary afternoon in Weston can turn into a little trip down memory lane.

Just another beautiful day on Main Street in Weston MO. ❤️
