We love incorporating the iconic Flowers series as the perfect statement piece, introducing a vibrant pop of color while maintaining the room's sophisticated aesthetic. The custom neutral toned bedding and upholstered walls, paired with soft blue accents, beautifully complements the bold artwork and sculptural light fixture, creating a balanced and layered design.

The rug is one of our favorite design elements, creating the perfect foundation for space. A handloom custom carpet with carefully placed white floral motif adds a subtle nod to the art, adding texture and depth underfoot without overwhelming the room. Made by Tai Ping carpets. The soft blue hues carried through the drapery, upholstered bench, and statement light fixture pull in our client's favorite color of blue lending the bedroom a serene yet elevated feel. Every element works in harmony, resulting in a timeless and beautifully curated retreat.

No matter the project, from private homes to commercial spaces and new developments, our approach always begins with people. We think about how they'll live, gather, and move through a space because the most beautiful interiors are the ones that feel as good as they look.

For this shared residential entertainment and dining space at Greybarn Apartments, my clients wanted to create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and elevated while expressing the property's overall identity.

The cascading metal details of the Arteriors Chandeliers play beautifully against the natural wood ceiling, handcrafted tile, adding texture while maintaining a refined and inviting atmosphere. Paired with the Casamidy Sonora Black leather chairs, handcrafted in San Miguel de Allende, the mix of materials creates a balance of contrast and harmony.

Sometimes, it takes just one special piece to bring an entire room together. While curating this Yellowstone Club mudroom, we searched for the perfect rug to anchor the space and create a cohesive, elevated design. From the thoughtfully crafted railing details to the custom upholstery, every element was carefully considered to create a timeless retreat. We selected this beautiful vintage piece from New York’s Zabihi Rug Collection, adding warmth, character, and a sense of history to the room.

My recent visit to the was my third, and somehow it felt even more meaningful than the first. The museum itself is extraordinary. The architecture is quiet, restrained, and deeply respectful of the art it houses. Every time I visit, I am reminded that great architecture does not need to compete for attention. Instead, it creates the perfect setting for something else to shine.

What has always fascinated me about Clyfford Still is not only his work but also his determination to protect it. He believed his paintings should be experienced together, in a carefully considered environment, rather than dispersed across countless collections. Walking through the museum, you feel that conviction. The building and the art seem inseparable.

One detail that particularly stayed with me during this visit was a letter in which Still praised Louise Nevelson for maintaining her individuality among her contemporaries. Coming from an artist who valued independence above almost everything else, it struck me as a remarkable compliment.

It immediately brought me back to one of my own projects featuring a spectacular black piece by Nevelson that I have long admired. Nevelson’s ability to create a visual language entirely her own is extraordinary. Like Still, her work is instantly recognizable, powerful, and unapologetically individual. As a designer, I find endless inspiration in artists who have the courage to resist trends and remain true to their vision.

Summer was on the horizon when we began designing this new construction home, and from the very beginning, the outdoor living space became the heart of the vision. As we worked through the plans for the pool and outdoor kitchen, we spent time with the client imagining how they would truly live and entertain there. They dreamed of evenings filled with wood-fired pizza, summer grilling, and gathering friends and family together around the pool and fireplace.

The design evolved around those moments, with generous seating areas for lounging, spaces to dine under the warm evening air, and a seamless flow between cooking, relaxing, and entertaining. Now, seeing it all come to life, I can already picture the first summer nights in their brand new home, filled with laughter, glowing firelight, and unforgettable memories.

Working with important art is always a delicate balance.

I believe interiors should let the art sing, not compete with it. But in this St. Regis entry, the Mao screen print gave us permission to push the decoration a little further.

The hand applied plaster, concealed lighting, Aqualumina Murano chandelier by Studio Bel Vetro, and Mirror Unstructured Console by Studio Glustin were all selected to create depth, reflection, and atmosphere around the piece without overpowering it.

The result is an entry that feels dramatic, layered, and expressive, while still allowing the Warhol to remain the strongest voice.

There’s a timeless, almost poetic quality to the homes we design and curate here, where classic architecture stands as both a signature and a statement, instantly recognizable and endlessly inspiring.

What draws me in year after year isn’t just the iconic structures, but the way they live within their surroundings. Lush gardens spill with color, flowers soften every edge, and the coastal air seems to weave everything together. We loved bringing this collector’s living room in Greenwich to life, where a luminous silverleaf ceiling reflects light beautifully throughout the space. An Aqua Creations fixture floats as a silk disc, casting a warm glow that enhances a palette of ivories, champagne golds, soft taupes, and rich browns, with accents of pale blue and coral. Brass details on the French doors and windows add subtle brilliance, while chinoiserie-painted chairs and delicate floral motifs introduce elegance and artistry. The result is a refined balance of antiques and modern finishes that feels both timeless and inviting.

This Yellowstone Club dining room is one of our favorites; it captures the essence of refined mountain living, where rustic timber beams and handcrafted stonework frame an intimate yet sophisticated space. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to breathtaking views of the Teton mountain range, their snow-capped peaks providing a dramatic backdrop for entertaining. The custom wine cellar behind the iron-gated doors adds a striking architectural element, while the custom-upholstered seating stands out as the focal feature of the dining room.
