Some people ask where I get all of these great finds.??
Well...
I have people call me when they are downsizing or a family member passes, I stand in line at early morning estate sales(sometimes in the rain and cold or heat), drive to garage sales both near and far, sit all evening at auctions waiting on that one item, storage auctions, shop thrift stores, my own collections and then ..... I clean, paint, repair, research, tag, display, inventory, take pictures
and then ...I take it to my booth, or list it on Etsy or do local porch pick-ups or an occasional market and store these items. ... And all of that so you don't have to .... just to curate that one(or two, 😉) fabulous find for you or your home.
Is it a lot of work?... Yep!
Do I love doing it? Yep!

Thrifted this wine rack for $15 this morning. I originally had a wooden one that probably goes better with the style of my house. I have no problem though styling a metal, kind of brutalist MCM style next to an antique cabinet in my eclectic home. I believe in buying what I love and making it work. I've also included a picture of a similar one that was posted online and sold. I'll try it out and see if I like it and if not it will go in my booth or to Etsy. It's a little large, but with wine I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. 😂 ❤️
