• This unfinished wood floor installation was primed with Sika MB EZ Rapid moisture barrier before being glue and nail installed using SikaBond wood flooring adhesive. This is an advanced all-in-one hybrid adhesive offering unlimited moisture v***r protection along with sound reduction properties.
• Since the homeowners extended their addition into a garage which was built over a concrete foundation with plywood over sleepers, we took extra precautions during installation by incorporating enhanced moisture protection measures to help ensure the long-term performance and stability of the wood floors.

• For this project, our team completed a hardwood floor weave and repair to seamlessly blend new wood into the existing flooring. The goal is always to make the repair look like it was part of the home from the beginning, matching the layout, wood species, and overall flow as closely as possible.
