We will be pausing custom embroidery requests starting Sunday to catch up on existing orders, merch shops and requests. The shop will remain open.

Please email us at [email protected] for custom requests. Anything received starting Sunday will be put in a queue to reply to when we are caught up.

How cute is this custom design?? Would you believe this took 37 minutes to stitch out even though it was only 13,000 stitches? At 600 spm the math doesn’t add up BUT there were 10 colors and 20 colors steps to get this completed.

When you’re getting quoted for embroidery, time on the machine is a huge factor and this is one. Every color and stitch was worth it for this order in my opinion!

The custom orders have been rolling through and we are here for it! Don’t get me wrong… there definitely time consuming and require planning orders in a day by color so we can save time changing out threads and “batching orders” when we can.

The personalization piece is something we triple check because of the time that goes into these pieces and we want to get it right the first time and not have to rip out stitches or redo everything from start to finish.

Let’s talk about the not so pretty side of running a business that doesn’t get share. The growing pains, the learning curves, and the mistakes.

Back in July, we tried something new (the Weymouth sweatshirt below), and the response was incredible. In August, we tried something else for Abington, and this time it grew bigger than we ever imagined. Then September came, and in the same week, we committed to several events and somehow launched a fundraiser for all the elementary schools in Weymouth. 🤯

In just two months, our lives have completely changed, and it’s all because of you. Overnight, our Facebook community grew, we welcomed new followers and the custom orders and website orders started coming in. We are so incredibly grateful for all of you!

But with that growth has come a LOT of figuring things out. Managing a large volume of custom orders, juggling embroidery and vinyl items, keeping up with inventory, running out of supplies (weekly!), and, quite frankly, screwing up a few orders along the way (see sample photo 😭😭). That last part breaks our hearts every single time.

We’re learning as we go, making adjustments, and trying to do better with each order. We’re not perfect, and we’re figuring things out while investing into tools to help speed us up.

Thank you for being here, for your patience, for gently nudging us when we need it, and more than anything, for supporting us and this crazy little dream of ours.

Story time! 🤍

Back in April, I was asked to take on a project that genuinely scared me a little.

The client said, “I trust you.”

And somehow those three words are both incredibly flattering and absolutely terrifying. 🫠

Because immediately my brain goes to, What if I let them down? What if they trusted me too much?

The top secret got done, and I WISH I could show you, but that one has to stay hush hush until November. hint 👰🏻‍♀️

Fast forward to this weekend... She reached out with two more projects and drove over 45 minutes just to bring them to me and then back a few days lat to.

I’m always a little nervous taking on something new especially with enormous sentiment, so having someone come back and trust me with another project really means a lot.

Sometimes those little moments are the reminder we need to trust ourselves a little more too.
