Still harvesting from my garden!

And, yes, I use my 1980’s McBoo Bucket to harvest 😂🤪😎

Canned up 7 half pints of garden huckleberry jelly and 17 half pints of blueberry jam last night. First time cooking with garden huckleberries. Ended up steam juicing them to make an easier process. It’s some of the most delicious tasting jelly I’ve ever made/had.

Next, onto raspberry syrup, which is going to be packaged up in my Polish Winter Tea Kits ❤️❤️❤️

Annnnnddddd the gourds are still going strong! Probably 45 still on 🤪🤪😂 but, they’re not gonna make it through the first frost. They’ve been fun to grow!

Just picked a bunch more cucamelons, and sooooooo many more on!!! 🤪🤪😂

BUT

I AM OBSESSED WITH THEM!

I’ve fermented them as well as canned them with pickling brine.

I will definitely grow these next year!
