Tony just put out a really helpful tutorial featuring the RGB2Go Octa2Go Pixel Controller.

He walks through a simpler and more versatile way to control multiple relays plus pixels/seeds on a controller running ESPixelStick firmware, and also shows how to set it all up in xLights.

This opens the door to controlling traditional A/C Christmas lights, landscape lighting, floodlights, and plenty of other devices. Even better, with the firmware update, relay inputs can now be wired directly from the LED output connectors — no need to access the GPIO header pins.

Love seeing the Octa2Go used in practical, real-world setups like this. Thanks Tony!!!

Got a prop that's too far from your controller for a standard data run? Differential is the only real solution — and the Diff2Go makes it dead simple.

Plug the transmitter into any open port on any 3-pin pixel output, run a standard Ethernet cable up to 300 feet, and connect the receiver with power at the prop. No configuration, no firmware, no hassle. The transmitter pulls power from your controller, the receiver gets its own local supply, and both support 5V and 12V via a simple jumper.

Perfect timing to grab one for yourself — and another for that neighbor who’s been circling your display, asking “hypothetical” questions about pixels and controllers.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout, can’t be combined with other discounts, and is valid while supplies last.

Tag the neighbor who’s about to start their own light show… you know who they are.

Because if you’ve ever plugged in an LED controller and been greeted by the miniature miracle of pixels coming to life, then… you're our people. And this year, we simply want to say it loud:

THANK YOU.

To each of you who entrusted us with your display—whether you’re just starting out with your first string of pixels or you’re running a tiny light-filled city—you made this year epic.

To our partners, collaborators, and fellow enablers (you know who you are): thank you for your support, your ideas, your late-night troubleshooting assistance, your innovation, and your shared obsession to make all of this bigger, brighter, and just plain more awesome...

You didn’t just buy a controller or lights - you contributed to a community that is equal parts creativity, chaos, and Christmas spirit with a dash of "why are my seeds flickering?" and a healthy dose of "YESSSS IT WORKS!"

Thank you for your patronage - and more importantly, your FRIENDSHIP over this past year.

From my family to yours, wishing you a holiday season filled with joy, memories, and lights so bright that your neighbors have to wear sunglasses at night!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and here’s to an even BIGGER, BRIGHTER year ahead!

Flashback to June at the Indiana Christmas Mini: Tony Keith (The Christmas Light Guy) gave a great talk and walked through using ESPixelStick firmware on our Octa2Go (8-port ESP32 controller). If you’ve been curious about tying controllers into xLights + FPP workflows (or just want to see a clean, real-world demo), this one’s worth your time.
