BAI Inc. just finished a rental remodel. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. As you come in the back door you have a laundry room/mud room. Lots of closet space and storage throughout the house. Total gut renovation. First some very big trees had to be cut down around the house. Then a new roof and gutters were put on. Installed foundation drains all the way around the house. Waterproofed the foundation. All new v***r barrier, all new insulation under the house, in the walls and in the attic and all new water pipes. Removed all old asbestos tiles. Wrapped whole house in Tyvek house wrap. Put on new siding. Stopped up gutters from leaves let water leak in the walls and leak in around windows. Replaced walls, siding and windows. Replaced Sheetrock, molding and trim on the inside. Replaced flooring throughout the house. Put in new Heating and air unit. New gas water heater. Put new tile in the downstairs bathroom. All new mirrors and over the toilet shelving in both bathrooms. All new lighting and exhaust fans throughout the house. Installed towel racks in both bathrooms. New faucets in bathrooms and kitchen. Tore out all of the old kitchen cabinets and installed new ones with new counter tops and kitchen sink. All new paint throughout the house. Installed appliances.
