96th birthday!!! Oh how I love this precious soul. She always makes my day when I see her. She came to the door just smiling from ear to ear a smile that would brighten any room. She said, “I just had you on my mind, and how you prayed with me the last time you were here” she just embraced me and told me she loved me and boy do I love her. Last time I visited with her, she sat me down and we talked for at least an hour and all the history of Whitwell she shared with me. She went and got her school yearbook and showed me her school pictures and told me all about her school years. What a remarkable lady she is, and I have been blessed to be just a small, tiny bit, in her life. I visited her one time without flowers just to talk with her and I always leave feeling blessed. I did block out her face because I didn’t have permission to share her face on the internet, but I will cherish this picture forever.
