No need to go neutral ALL the time.

Color drenching is a simple, inexpensive way to give a space a whole new feel. We went bold with blue in this home’s office, and we’re pretty happy with how it turned out.

And if you’re feeling extra saucy…paint the ceiling, too!

We could tell you. Or we could show you.

Yesterday, a few of our resident Greytonians participated in the Prairie Fire 5K! They did amazing and loved getting to see how charming Wichita can be at sunrise in the fall, from the viewpoint of running down the city streets. Congrats to Rachel, Lea, and Chris for finishing their race, and looking good doing it!

It may be 90° outside, but we’re choosing to believe that it’s Fall!

Our gorgeous fall window display is in full display thanks to Sam with Sam Wilkens // Florist & Designer who somehow works her dried floral magic every time. We’re thankful that she can make it feel this cozy on the inside of our building, even though it doesn’t feel that way outside!

A couple of weeks ago, a few of us had the chance to tour the Wichita Kansas Temple, the first temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kansas.

While we couldn’t take photos inside, we were fascinated by the architecture, materials, and design of this beautiful new building.

Want to see it for yourself? The public open house and tours are happening through October 10! 👀

Coffee’s on us today, Wichita. ☕️

In celebration of World Architecture Day, we’re teaming up with our downtown neighbors Greater Grounds to buy you a coffee.

Stop by Greater Grounds today only (October 5th), mention “Greyten” at the register, and your drink is on us!

Just make sure you’re following and so we can keep supporting our favorite local neighbors. 🤎

One drink per person, while the gift card lasts.
