Last time I checked, just about every kid LOVES helping in the kitchen!

As easy as it is to do it yourself, I want to encourage you to make sure you involve them as often as possible!

Trust me when I say, I know it’s not always easy to do! With the usual busyness of life.. I struggle to do it too!

But here are a few quick tips to implement at home to make this an easy and fun habit to develop.

➡ Get the right tools to involve them (cup slicer, straws, cupcake baking set, cut in seal, Quicksicle maker, etc.)

➡ Plan your grocery list with snacks that are fun for them to help with! (Snack boxes, peanut butter sandwiches, popsicles, fruit faces, cupcake decorating)

➡ Make meals that encourage small tasks littles can manage! (Mixing batter, buttering toast, setting the table, rinsing fruits/veggies, putting ingredients in, etc.)
