Last night I put a post up explaining what happened to Tyler at Walgreens in the Ocean Pines locaction.
I did take it down after thinking I should speak to the manager first and get all the info before responding.

WALGREENS UPDATE

We went to the store this morning and spoke to the manager for quite a while.

He was very understanding from the get-go. He admitted that things were handled wrongly and that the employee should not have done what she did.

I gave him suggestions on what might be better to do in the future. And he agreed strongly and had other ideas as well.

All the information collected from the videos and the manager last night along with our version and the employees will be sent to corporate.
I feel comfortable with him handling this.

And for now we will let it go and put it on them to do the right thing.

I told him I will be returning to the store dressed as if I got off of work to see how I will be treated. Then I would contact him afterwards with my experience. He encouraged the idea. He knows that his store deals with a lot of employee issues.

One of the worst parts was that the woman recognized that he had autism and continued to harass him.
She even told the manager that she has a grandson that is nonverbal. As you can see that doesn't mean diddly squat.

Between finishing up some custom orders in the shop my Disgruntled Employee is power washing the front of the house for a whole new look using Retique It liquid wood!
Good thing for a few more warm days. 🎉

I'm so excited at how well I matched the garage door color. 🤩
I held a sample up to it and it's basically invisible.(I bet you can't see it.) 😉
I just finished the glass doors for above the garage and working on the last side door.
Doesn't it make a massive difference? 🥰🥰🥰

Retique It liquid wood is amazing stuff!

I am at it again! This time I went for a lighter look without wood grain.
Which is your favorite? Light, medium, or dark? 🤔

We picked up some pretty rough pieces last week but I can see the potential in each one of them. ❤️
It's just going to take a lot of elbow
grease, sanding, prepping, repairs, and finally..paint.
🎨🖌🔨🧽

Can you see what they can become?🤔
