Annette designed this new Freedom project as a mat or banner. In this video, she demonstrates how to make and attach small tassels on the Freedom banner (or other project). She also shares a tip for adding tongues along the bottom or sides. We are so excited to share, “Freedom”, a NEW patriotic project that Annette designed to celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary. It can be made as a table mat or a banner. Our pattern includes instructions to make either option.
