I haven't posted much lately because I've been really busy. We've had a lot going on this past week, but one of the highlights was having my daughter and granddaughter come to visit. We had such a good time together!
We even went strawberry picking. We didn't pick as many as we hoped, but we'll definitely be going back again soon. In the meantime, we'll be working on preserving the strawberries we did bring home.
I'm curious—how does everyone preserve their freshly picked strawberries? Do you freeze them, make jam, dehydrate them, or have another favorite method? I'd love to hear your tips and ideas!

Can I ever catch a break? It's been one thing after another lately. Nothing serious but I don’t have time for this!

☀️ Good Morning & Happy Wednesday! ☀️
Well, it’s the last day of school around here, and I can’t decide if I should be celebrating or crying a little. 🎉😭
The kids are excited for summer. The teachers are exhausted. And the parents? We’re somewhere in between—wondering how many snacks one child can possibly eat in a day and preparing ourselves for the daily question:
“What are we doing today?” 😂
And let’s not forget all the neighborhood kids who suddenly remember where we live and want to come swimming every single day. 🏊‍♀️☀️
Here’s to the final school drop-off, the start of summer adventures, a backyard full of wet towels, and pretending we have everything under control. 😆
