Help, the tomatoes are taking over! 🍅🌿

With all the rain we’ve been getting lately, my garden has absolutely exploded! My quick morning harvest officially got out of hand today. I brought in an absolute mountain of fresh cherry tomatoes and sweet herbs. Right now, my kitchen looks like a beautiful, chaotic drying factory. I have multiple food dehydrators humming away and the oven packed to the brim!

🌿 From the garden to my kitchen table. 🍅
There’s something so satisfying about gathering what you’ve grown and turning it into a meal from scratch. Fresh tomatoes, onions, basil, parsley, thyme, and a little garden goodness came together for a simple, hearty pasta dinner.

No fancy ingredients—just food grown with love, harvested fresh, and brought straight from the garden to the table. ❤️

This is the part of homesteading I love most: growing it, harvesting it, cooking it, and feeding the people I love.

From soil to supper. 🌱🍝

I have SO much basil growing right now! 🌿😂
I’ve been thinking about what I could do with all of it, and of course my mind went straight to my tallow products. So… basil tallow and salve it is! 💚

My very first vendor event is officially in the books! I had the absolute best time sharing my all-natural skincare line tonight. It felt amazing hearing everyone complement my products and say how good everything smells!
A huge thank you to my bestie for helping me out tonight—you are seriously awesome and I couldn’t have done this without you! 💕
I think I did pretty good for my first time! Thank you all for supporting my small business tonight! ✨

Good morning, Happy Friday friends! 🌞
I can't believe it's been since July 12 that I've shared anything here! Life on the homestead has been keeping me busy, and between projects, daily chores, and everything else that comes with this lifestyle, social media has had to take a back seat.

I just wanted to pop in this morning and say I hope you're all doing well and enjoying your summer. ❤️ Thank you for sticking around, even when I'm not posting as often as I'd like.

I'm hoping to get back into sharing more of our homestead adventures, the things we're making, growing, and creating, along with a few of the handmade items I have available from time to time.

As always, thank you for being here and for supporting this little corner of our homestead. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.

We spent the day at a local berry farm picking fresh blueberries, and it was such a fun way to enjoy the season! 🫐💙 Now we're home with plenty of blueberries and are deciding the best way to preserve them.
