When you've invested (heavily) in the creation of your own oasis, the place that you go to relax and shake off the troubles of the workday (with or without a cocktail!) you don't want to have to battle the harsh setting sun. Nor do you want to have every Tom, Dick and Harry staring at you as they pass by! This project started in the fall of 2020 when we shipped (20) fully motorized Dayliter Shades for installation (we shipped on 9/11 which should have been a sign of things to come!) This month we were finally able to finish the project and walk away with everything working perfectly!
I must say that the wait was worthwhile as this amazing shading system is a perfect compliment to an extremely modern office environment (hats off to Katherine at FM Architecture for her superb design theme).

We recently installed a bank of (3) motorized Dayliter Shades at Penn State Hershey Medical Center for a new department head physician's office. Both the physician and the facilities manager are delighted with the end result; full control of glare-free daylight through a large window wall! While the shades block solar heat gain the lightshelf allows diffused daylight to bath the ceiling.
