About 9 months ago, customers would purchase items and I would not get a notification. When I looked and checked on “sold orders” it would be blank. However, I was seeing a disturbing number of folks writing claims and wanting refunds to money I never received.
After several phone calls with Facebook tech, they told me they’d resolve the problem — they haven’t.
So it is with great frustration that I’ll be shutting down my Marketplace store and moving my sales over to EBay.
My sincerest apologies to everyone who’s purchased an item from me in almost a year — I can’t imagine how frustrated you were to think your item is coming and it’s never shipped out!
