We've long admired Jenny Holzer's work. One of her works in our projects . Her 2012 'Top Secret' series revisited painting, using redacted US government documents from the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. By replacing censored parts with distorted stripes or black forms, Holzer referenced artists like Malevich and Serra, yet the works' basis in contemporary politics shines through. Terms like 'Waterboard' challenge viewers to consider power structures. A pioneer in public installations and sculpture, Holzer's work continues to provoke. She represented the US at the Venice Biennale in 1990, winning the Leone D'Oro.
