A lot of new things are taking shape for fall at Nomad Laser & Woodcraft.

New North Carolina-inspired art, handcrafted jewelry, pet portraits, refined layered maps, journals, small gift items and plenty of custom work are all in the mix.

Something new is coming this fall from Nomad Laser & Woodcraft. We’re putting the finishing touches on a new North Carolina Mini Art Collection built around the plants, wildlife and natural character that make this state special. The collection will feature the dogwood, our State Flower; longleaf pine, the emblem representing North Carolina’s trees; red drum, our State Saltwater Fish; Scotch bonnet, our State Shell; and Venus flytrap, our State Carnivorous Plant. We’re also including three coastal favorites that aren’t official state symbols but are deeply tied to life along the Carolina coast: the blue crab, Southern live oak and sea turtle. Each piece is being created in a detailed vintage natural-history engraving style and finished as handcrafted wood art. They’re not available just yet, but they’re on the way as part of our new fall lineup. Keep an eye out — we’ll be sharing finished pieces soon.
