As a Team Member, you'll:
📦 Participate in organizing sessions in client homes + offices
🛠️ Create custom systems that transform spaces and lives
💬 Communicate directly with clients throughout the process
👥 Work as part of a team of organizers on-site
📸 Capture before + after photos and help tell the transformation story
✨ Bring your eye for design and initiative to every space you touch

You know the one. The closet you open and immediately close. The room nobody goes in. The garage you've been meaning to deal with since spring. 🌿 And every time you walk past it, there's that little voice. "I really need to deal with that."

Here's the thing...it's not laziness. It's not that you don't care. It's that starting feels overwhelming, and when you don't know where to begin, it's easier just to close the door again.

That's exactly the moment we were made for. You don't have to figure it out before you call us. That's our job. We come in, we assess the space, we make a plan, and we do the work alongside you so it never feels like too much at once. The hardest part is usually just deciding you're ready.
