we do service shutters and we offer the replacements if needed . Most shutters can be repaired. Please send your name, address, email address and info on shutters status a

nd photos of shutter(s) needing service. we also have a service (especially for when repairing a shutter)to completely clean inside/out lubricate and then if the customer likes sand and put paint on hood ,rails,slats and blades to extend the life and improve the looks of the shutters. We are quite busy this year but I should be able to get a crew to you with in the next month and if you have a shutter stuck in the down or closed position we could get there sooner to take care of that and review the other services that might be needed. if you could text me your name, street address, email address and if possible supply a photo from the ground showing the height and the location of the shutter that needs service. Or any photo that may be of assistance to us. For jobs within 30 minutes of our Wilmington or Asheville locations our rates are;
the first hour Lead person is $135 an hour, after first hour then $77 an hour. Our second tech is $90 the first hour then goes to $57an hour . The 3rd tech and more techs (if present) are $70 the first hour then go to $42 an hour. Minimum service is one hour. Service charge every six hours on site if we do multiple days less than 5 hours on site each day. The first hour service call rate is to help cover our driving time and office overhead. Drive time on jobs more than 30 minutes from shop or last stop are billed starting at that 30 minute mark . Sincerely,
