No, I am not a die hard Eagles fan. I am a 49ers fan for life ♥️💛.

These fun pieces are gifts for a few of my besties. I will say, living here it’s hard not to appreciate the passion phillys fans have for their teams. It’s like no city I have ever lived in. That kind of love and enthusiasm is infectious. So… fly 🦅 fly and go Niners!

✨look at what’s coming ✨
I wanted to share what I have been working on and what’s ahead in order, but I’m gonna jump ahead because I can’t decide which direction to go.

I was asked by to create the 70’s chair for their Chairity ball this year. I was so honored. They said they hadn’t received the perfect chair and would contact me when something came in. Wellll… the universe delivered this beautiful chair within 5 min of that conversation.

I spent my morning making 2 design options and I can’t choose. Help me decide. Theme is 70’s - Blue or Green?? 🤔

It’s been a long time…but I’m excited to share my journey back to macrame with you. ✨

When I had to stop to focus on my day job last year I felt like such a failure. It was a necessary but difficult decision. I had lost my creativity and really wasn’t happy with what I was making.

As the intensity of my day job has declined, I have been thinking about how to start again. I decided I want to start by creating for myself or as gifts for others. That has brought some exciting opportunities my way. I can’t wait to share the journey with you.🍀⭐️

Fighting or Phighting ⚾️

It’s sad to say, but I haven’t touched a cord in almost 3 months. I have thought about projects and admired other artists work, but I couldn’t find it in me to pick up a cord. I have been working long hours and feel exhausted by the time I get home.

I have been fighting internally with myself. I should be making more. I should push myself harder. The truth is, I just can’t, or I would do it. There are only so many hours in the day.

Anyway, I finally felt inspired to map out and make this Phillies logo. They are not my “home” team but I know so many friends and family that love them. I thought why not try? Is it my best work…maybe not. But it was fun to tie some knots again and most importantly I made something that will bring joy to someone else.

Maybe this is the proof that I can keep fighting to find a little time for myself, create a few small things, and spread some happiness. 💙✨
