Bring in your antique treasures that you've always wondered about and find out their history and value (7$ per item). This is a fundraising project to benefit Mother Hubbard's Cupboard. These type of events are always fun and for a great cause!

Bring in your treasures and find out their value (8$ for 1 item, 15$ for 2, and 20$ for 3). All proceeds benefit the local food pantry, The Help Center of Federal Point. These events are always fun and for a great cause!

New arrival for this week. A spectacular long case clock made by John Wainwright of Nottingham, circa 1800. This case is in wonderful condition with burled wood and beautiful inlays. The 8 day movement features a bell strike, calendar, and moon phase. The hand painted dial is in excellent condition, one of the best I've seen. You really have to see this clock to appreciate its beauty and craftsmanship! Call or come by Cape Fear Antiques for a look

Next new arrival for this week, is this German Westminster Chime clock made by Junghans, circa 1920. This large mantel clock has a quarter hour chime and strike that resonates like it was coming from a 7 foot tall Grandfather clock. Come by for a look (and listen) soon, these never last long!

Just got back from estate sale of a major clock collector in Hopewell, VA. You won't believe the clocks we got!!!!
