Bring IKEA to the Wilmington Delaware Riverfront

It's been a while for us to post on this page but we're still hoping to make this happen. The other side of the River is now getting rehabbed and there's plenty of room for an IKEA. We just need to convince the people in charge.

Even IKEA is being effected by the shortages.

Ikea said it will hike prices due to rising transportation and raw material costs.

We've been asking for an Ikea for years now they won't go to the Concord Mall as IKEA likeS being viewed from interstate roads. An Ikea would fit much better on the Wilmington Delaware riverfront then on Concord Pike.

The new owner of the Concord Mall is planning on focusing on local brand growth and filling in existing vacancies with high-traffic brands.

I'd hate to delete this page for the riverfront is really building up right now but I feel Wilmington is only worried about hotels as nothing much else is coming to the riverfront. Well besides another minor league team sport... Out of the 7100+ people on here, what are your thoughts?
