Today’s cooking class with Jerry and Wendy was next level. 🔥 We made a rich, flavorful shakshuka loaded with shrimp, mahi and spinach plus perfectly grilled center cut lamb chops crusted in Morroccan spices. Bold flavors, beautiful textures and everything cooked with love. Definitely a meal to remember.

Chef Kevin and Chef Daryl showed off their cooking techniques searing, glazing and slow cooking Barolo Braised Short Rib Ragu with Pappardelle and truffle infused ricotta with orange toasted hazelnut gremolata. They also made Grilled Dates wrapped with Serrano Ham stuffed with goat cheese and marcona almonds drizzled with an orange sherry glaze. .

In today’s private cooking class we made Moroccan Chicken Wings with pomegranate molasses and tahini ginger glaze with cilantro turmeric labneh and Kev’s Turkish Spice Marinated Chicken Kebabs with herbed tahini labneh and mediterranean flatbread.
