We’re excited to see students from Howard High School of Technology - Wildcats getting hands-on exposure to the automotive industry! BSA+A recently completed the new Kia service center featured in this post and is proud to work with both Auto Team Delaware and the New Castle County Vocational Technical School District . It’s great to see local students connecting their classroom experience with real-world career opportunities!

BSA+A was pleased to attend the ribbon cutting for the newly renovated Peoples Settlement Association in the City of Wilmington, Delaware!

It was great to join community members, project partners and elected officials for the ribbon cutting of this important project. Peoples Settlement has been a cornerstone of Wilmington’s East Side for more than a century, and the updated facility provides improved spaces and expanded opportunities to continue serving the community.

We’re excited to have been part of this project and to see this longtime Wilmington institution begin its next chapter!

Elizabeth, daughter of our Interior Designer Laura, was ready to take on the course at Riverwalk Mini Golf right here in Wilmington, just steps from our office!

The event benefits students in our local vo-tech schools and is a great way to celebrate the future of the design and construction industry.

There’s a lot to be proud of in the continued investment and revitalization happening throughout Wilmington’s East Side. Projects like People’s Settlement Association and the Urban Artist Exchange Amphitheater are part of a larger effort to strengthen the neighborhood and support a safer, more vibrant community. What a day for Paul M. Hodgson Vocational Technical High School! BSA+A is thrilled to see this incredible new school officially open its doors and, most importantly, welcome its first students.

From career shops and labs to inspiring gathering spaces, natural light, and spaces designed for collaboration, every detail was planned with the students and their future in mind. This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Aidan to the BSA+A team as an architectural intern! As he prepares to begin his final semester at the University of Miami School of Architecture, Aidan brought new perspectives to our firm and genuine enthusiasm for the profession.

The KIA of Wilmington Service and Parts Center is a 16,500 SF facility developed for Auto Team Delaware, designed to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience.

The building features a sleek, contemporary design paired with state-of-the-art service capabilities, including a fully air-conditioned service shop and a drive-through customer drop-off area. Advanced tools and equipment allow the facility to accommodate gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

Additional amenities such as express service for routine maintenance, an automated car wash, and two EV charging stations further streamline operations and improve overall convenience.
