KIA of Wilmington Service and Parts Center

The KIA of Wilmington Service and Parts Center is a 16,500 SF facility developed for Auto Team Delaware, designed to support efficient operations and an enhanced customer experience.

The building features a sleek, contemporary design paired with state-of-the-art service capabilities, including a fully air-conditioned service shop and a drive-through customer drop-off area. Advanced tools and equipment allow the facility to accommodate gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

Additional amenities such as express service for routine maintenance, an automated car wash, and two EV charging stations further streamline operations and improve overall convenience.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Pat Kleinfleter.

Pat brought a remarkable energy and enthusiasm to everything she did, inspiring all who knew her. She had a deep love for cooking, spending over 40 years with her Gourmet Ladies Group, traveling on a culinary tour through Italy, and participating in numerous baking competitions.

An avid tennis player who later embraced pickleball, Pat also cherished time with her many friends and family, especially during social gatherings and travels.

She was passionate about gardening, attending regional flower shows and maintaining long-standing memberships with Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, and other arts and cultural organizations.

Pat will be deeply missed, but her lasting impact on BSA+A will never be forgotten.🤍

Developed for Auto Team Delaware, this 16,500 SF facility reflects a shared commitment to innovation. Our team was excited to bring this sleek, modern Service and Parts Center to life, thoughtfully designed with advanced capabilities to support the current automotive industry.

The new facility features a fully air-conditioned vehicle service shop, drive-through customer vehicle drop-off, and advanced tools and equipment to service gas, hybrid, and electric vehicles. It also includes express service for routine maintenance, an automated car wash, and two EV charging stations.

It’s a pleasure to see this project completed and open to the community. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this vision a reality!

Another impactful project is underway for the Wilmington community!

This past Friday marked an exciting milestone in the reconstruction of the People’s Settlement Association Community Center with a beam-signing ceremony. Community members, the project team, and government officials came together to celebrate the significance of this project. We’re honored to be part of such a meaningful moment in our community’s history.

Celebrating Education in Delaware!🎉

Had an awesome time at the Buccaneer Educational Foundation’s very first Fall Fling at Chorman's Hanger ✈️! Super proud that BSA+A was a sponsor for such a fun and meaningful event. The night was a big hit—full of positive vibes and great company. What a fantastic way to support the students, teachers, and schools across the Milford School District.

At the event we learned how the Buccaneer Educational Foundation is already having a positive impact on students in the district. Kudos to all involved in creating this organization and its inaugural event!!
