Our Story
When you are ready to learn more about sewing or cleaning, we are here to help you. Our goal is to offer you the best products and services available in a cheerful, knowledgeable, no-pressure atmosphere. We offer more than just a box on a shelf! We are here to help you as long as you own your machine. We opened in 1981 in Hanover Center. and moved to our current CrossRoads Center location in 2014. You can choose a sewing machine from the very basic to the latest multi-needle or long arm quilting machines. We stock a large selection of supplies including threads, stabilizers, embroidery designs, software, hoops, and more. Our main brands are Baby Lock, Janome, Floriani, Koala, Designs in Machine Embroidery, Miele, Sebo and Hizero. We service all brands of sewing machines and vacuum cleaners. We are constantly looking for the latest and best products made to bring to you. We attend many training and service seminars and national conventions in order to keep current on what is available. Our goal is to have the best trained and most knowledgeable staff in order to help you pick out the best product for your needs and to train you to use it properly.
