MEET DEBBY GOMULKA
Top interior designer Debby Gomulka founded award-winning Debby Gomulka Designs, LLC in 2000 after spending five years in the furniture and design industry. Combining this experience with her family background in art and antique collecting gives Debby her comprehensive knowledge of interior design. Debbyโs innate sense of style has graced many residences and offices throughout the Carolinas since her completion of the interior design program at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. The firm has participated in several Designer Showhouses in North Carolina and South Carolina, notably the Traditional Home Magazine designer Showhouse at Adamsleigh Estate in Greensboro, NC, the Charleston Symphony Designer Showhouse in Charleston, SC, and the Womenโs Club of Raleigh/ASID Showhouse.
Debby Gomulka Designs is a full-service design firm that is committed to understanding her clientโs vision and needs. Translating this vision into successful client projects is the goal of the design team. Working in collaboration with the College of Textiles at NC State University, Debby successfully designed and launched her own line of textiles for home goods and fashion which is featured in upscale boutiques throughout North and South Carolina.
Currently, Debby serves on the Executive Board of Trustees for Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts, and is Past President of The Bellamy Mansion Museum of Design Arts and History, served on the Board of Directors for Preservation NC, and Past Chair of ASID Coastal Design Community. Debby is actively involved in several groups that work with the City of Wilmington to restore, revitalize and preserve the charm and history of downtown Wilmington.
