Modern Electric is growing and we're looking for a sharp, organized office pro to join our team in Wilmington, MA! This is a flexible, as-needed role — open to part-time W-2 or 1099 — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trades environment.

What You'll Do:
✅ Answer phones & handle customer inquiries
✅ Schedule jobs & dispatch technicians
✅ QuickBooks data entry & bookkeeping
✅ Invoicing, billing & permit applications
✅ Customer follow-ups & estimates tracking
✅ Vendor & supplier coordination
✅ Email & calendar management
✅ Payroll support & timesheet tracking
✅ Data entry, filing & supply ordering
✅ Social media & basic marketing support
✅ HR onboarding & new hire paperwork
✅ Running reports & job costing

What We're Looking For:
🔸 QuickBooks experience (required)
🔸 Electrical or trades industry background
🔸 Comfortable using AI tools
🔸 Microsoft Office / Google Suite proficient
🔸 CRM & ServiceTitan experience a plus
🔸 Self-starter, detail-oriented & organized
🔸 Strong written & verbal communication
🔸 Basic social media skills
🔸 Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
🔸 Valid driver's license
🔸 Remote/hybrid friendly

💰 Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
