Shrimp Pad Thai // recipe πŸ“©

Ingredients:
-rice noodles
-shrimp
-1 bag bean sprouts
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp paprika
-1 minced shallot
-5 cloves minced garlic
-1 bell pepper
-1/4 cup white onion
-green onion
-1 lime
-2 tbsp Olive Oil

Sauce
-4 tbsp brown sugar
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp white vinegar
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-2 cloves minced garlic
-3 tbsp fish sauce
-1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Directions:
1. Marinate your shrimp in salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil.
2. In a large pan on medium high heat, sautΓ© your shrimp until halfway cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan add in shallot, onion, bell pepper, bean sprouts, and garlic. Cook until the onion is cooked.
4. Add back in your shrimp, cooked noodles, and sauce. Cook and simmer until the sauce has absorbed into the noodles.
5. Top it off with more bean sprouts and green onions.

Garlic Cheesy Bread // recipe πŸ“©

Ingredients:
-king Hawaiian rolls
-1 tbsp parsley
-2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
-1 stick Kerrygold Irish garlic & herb butter ( or 1 stick unsalted butter)
-2 cloves of minced garlic ( use if you use unsalted butter)
-shredded mozzarella cheese or la Chona chihuahua cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. In a baking dish, lay down your Hawaiian rolls and cut 2 halfway lines across each rolls.
3. Add Cheese into each crevice and spread the butter mixture ( Irish butter, parsley, Parmesan or unsalted butter, parsley, garlic, and Parmesan)
4. Bake for 10-12 min until the cheese melts
5. Enjoy dipping it in bolognese or tikka masala

Pistachio croissant // recipe πŸ“©

Ingredients:
-croissant
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup pistachio cream
-powdered sugar (optional)

Directions:
1. In a bowl whisk together heavy cream until it becomes whipped, then fold in the pistachio cream.
2. Make a hole in the bottom middle of the croissant. Then using a piping bag or syringe, pump the pistachio filling inside. Place in a fridge for a couple minutes for the cream to stiffen or eat as is.
3. Top it off with pistachio cream & enjoy!

Chicken Bake // recipe πŸ“©
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breast
-pizza dough (I recommend a thin pizza crust)
-Spices: black pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika
-mozzarella
-parmesan

Sauce ingredients:
-1/2 cup mayo
-1 tbsp pecorino romano (optional)
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1 minced garlic clove
-1 tsp dijon
-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-black pepper & salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. First prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients above, then cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes and season with the spices listed above. Then cook on a pan with oil until thoroughly cooked.
3. Next for the pizza, cut the dough in half if it’s 9 by 13 inch. Layer the sauce, cooked chicken, and cheese and roll it up
4. Brush with egg wash and top it off with parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Single serving Tiramisu // recipe πŸ“©

Ingredients:
-8 oz mascarpone cheese
-1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/3 cup sugar
-1/2 cup heavy cream
- lady fingers
-4 shots espresso or 1 cup black coffee
-cocoa powder

Directions:
1. In a bowl whisk together mascarpone cheese, vanilla, sugar, and heavy cream until whipped.
2. Next dip the lady fingers in room temp espresso quickly (make sure you don’t soak them) then layer them in your choice of a small dish ( I layered 5 for each row, it just depends on the container you use)
3. After layering the lady fingers, layer the cream filling & repeat step 2 & 3 one more time, so you will have 2 layers of biscuits & cream.
4. Place in fridge for 1 hr to overnight (It’s best left overnight).
5. Top it off with cocoa powder & enjoy!
