The Trump vanity handmade by Carve on display at Markraft Cabinets. You can see it in Wilma magazine ARTS Issue...very fitting for the Carve Artisan....I'd put my designers and artisans up against anyone. The Carve Crew is very competent and very confident.
Over the last 11 years: Carve has won Fu Tung Cheng Circle of Design Distinction National Award. We've been featured in all local publications in NC. And the cool National mags for home and design. When Hal and I started this company 11 years ago in Atlanta we operated out of a barn and two toyota trucks...looking back it's funny to see what two 25 year old kids did with a company called Carve :) we really just started it so we could surf more which is where the name Carve originated from.

Going through the budget and pipeline for 1st quarter 2016. Record numbers for Carve 2015. 2016 I'm amazed at the high end being built in Wilmington. I can honestly say that I would not be surprised if Carve doubled it's record from last year. Thank you Carve Crew.

I had the honor to see our good friends at Big Sky Design this morning. Love going by and checking out what's cool...they always have cool stuff. The chair by Ayla's desk...cool.

Topic: Modern house in Raleigh...Jennifer and Ayla thanks for always pushing textures and mediums that very few firms can do. The sample boards, the tile, the freaking library of design...knowledge...amazing.

I like that...when you are custom and niche...you get to select the projects. Standing ovation from Carve!

PS: stoked about making another "Big Sky Barker Sink" yes that's the name of the sink. When you do custom you get a sink named after you!

Client meeting dialog:

Client:
I need you to start this outdoor kitchen today.
Carve: Ma'ma we have a kitchen in front of you.
Client: I don't care its got to get done this week.
Carve: can't meet that timeline. So, well you might have to go down to Lowe's and pick yourself out some nice granite.
Client: look at this house does it look like a house that would have granite?
Carve: this process takes some time to complete...you can't rush us...we never rush art.
Client: she said something about her hair and car.
Carve (Justin/concrete Jesus): looks her straight in the eye and says "do know how much conditioner it takes to get my hair to look this good."
Client: laughs and signs contract
