***Camper, ice shack or tiny house: revamped trailer. Complete with propane heat, small woodstove, sink, propane cookstove, small kitchen, solar system with lots of interior lighting and a fold away table (cribbage anyone?)
2" insulation.
Needs a couple tweaks, but this is a perfect camper for living while you build or possibly extra guest space.
