Your hardwood floor’s finish isn’t just about appearance — it’s the protective barrier that helps protect the wood itself.

When the finish becomes completely worn through, everyday water, spills, pet accidents and normal cleaning can pe*****te directly into the exposed wood.

Over time, this can cause:

• Deep gray or black staining
• Water damage and discoloration
• Raised or damaged wood fibers
• Cupping or board movement
• Pet stains that pe*****te too deeply to sand out
• Permanent damage that refinishing may not completely correct
