Less than two weeks away from Bowling for Soup 2026!

Collab Architecture's annual bowling fundraiser is back and we still have lanes available. Come join us for one of the most fun nights of the year while raising money for a cause that matters.

Every penny of proceeds goes directly to the Food Bank for Larimer County as part of the Corporate Food Fight campaign. We will also be collecting food and essential item donations on-site, so spread the word to your team, your clients, and your network before the big night.

And yes, there are three ways to win this year. The Championship Belt, the Team Spirit Award, and the Heavyweight Champ Trophy. Stay tuned for our next Bowling for Soup email for the full breakdown on how to compete for each one.

Every April, something questionable happens to the faces of Northern Colorado's AEC community. This year, Team Collab is all in.

Six members of the Collab crew have put down their razors and committed to a month of mustache growing as part of the Fort Collins Follicle Club benefiting Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity.

Jordan, Mick, Joe, and Bryan are repping Collab from the office, and we have two very supportive husbands, Jeff and Thomas, who jumped in to help us round out the team. Since much of our team is female, we could not have done this without them and we are grateful they were willing to sacrifice their faces for the cause.

Teams with five or more growers compete for the legendary Mustache Pyramid of Greatness, and Team Collab is in it to win it.

Our team goal is $5,000 (ideally more, but let's start there) and every dollar goes directly to Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity to help local families build safe, stable homes right here in Northern Colorado.

Here is where it gets fun. Swipe through to see a few AI generated mustache styles we have lined up for Jordan. If Team Collab hits its goal, Jordan has agreed to attempt the look that gets the most votes across our social posts. We say attempt because not everyone is blessed with Tom Selleck level facial hair, but we appreciate his willingness to try. Last Friday, Principal Architect Jordan Lockner attended the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Weld County's new Ground Facility near the Greeley Sand Shed. Collab Architecture partnered with Weld County and WCC Construction to design and deliver a 5,000 SF single-story structure built to support the storage and operation of small vehicles and maintenance equipment. The straightforward, functional design ensures the facility works efficiently for the team.

A big thank you to Alex Englebert, Facilities Project Manager for Weld County, and the entire Weld County and WCC Construction teams for a smooth partnership from start to finish.

Last week, the Collab crew got to be part of something really special at CASA of Larimer County's Night of Hope fundraiser. Yes, there were fun photo booth moments, but the real energy in that room came from the speakers and the stories. Listening to Melissa Roshan share her journey as a former CASA client turned powerful advocate was a reminder of exactly why this work matters. Her story is one of resilience, support, and second chances.

A huge thank you to Jen Ryan and the entire CASA team for the incredible work they do every single day for kids in our community.

TEAM SPOTLIGHT: Holly Fink ✹

After years of shaping our brand, championing our proposals, and bringing her relentless drive to everything she touched, Holly Fink is settling into Wisconsin life and moving on to a new opportunity. Collab would not be where it is today without her and we are so grateful for everything she brought to this team.

Holly's strategic insight, careful eye for detail, and relentless drive helped us earn opportunities we are proud of. She leaves behind a stronger, sharper, more visible firm. And if you have ever seen a Collab team photo from an event, a volunteer day, or an SMPS awards night, Holly made sure that happened. While the rest of us were busy living the moment, she was pulling everyone together for the team selfie.

And as she heads into this next chapter, she is doing it as a new mom to sweet baby Cooper, born September 2025. That kid hit the jackpot.

A Few Things You Should Know About Holly:

đŸŸ This Dawg for life is a proud University of Georgia grad, cheering on the Bulldogs with unwavering spirit. Go Dawgs!

🧀 While working remotely in Wisconsin, she explored new flavors and embraced the local cheese scene. Good thing she is a fan!

🌎 This global nomad and her husband spent a year and a half backpacking through South America, followed by six months exploring the U.S. in a 4Runner turned mobile home. Comfort zones? She left those behind on day one.

🌭 During her American road trip, she scouted out regional hot dog specialties, because truly understanding a place sometimes starts with what is on the menu.

đŸ§¶ Knitting, pottery, puzzles, and crafty projects are her jam.

⛔ Whether it is serving drinks on a yacht in the Caribbean, working in a fashion closet at Elle magazine, or working for a farm and butcher in Ecuador, Holly's résumé reads like a choose your own adventure story.

Holly, it has been an honor and an adventure. Thank you for teaching us to always get the team photo.... we'll do our best to remember. Now go enjoy the greatest adventure yet!

We loved partnering with this amazing client to bring a truly unique concept to Northern Colorado, pairing a high-end restaurant experience with the , an exotic car showroom just steps away.
