Before photos always remind you how far a space can come.

What was once a fully enclosed, heavy marble bath has been reimagined into something lighter, more functional, and far more intentional.

We relocated the toilet into its own private room behind a steel door and introduced a smaller vanity in its place, opening up the layout and improving the flow. Even the original white doors, refreshed and retained, help ground the transformation and offer a sense of continuity.

View the full transformation in our Shermer Road project online.

Notice the added trim molding above the bed, featuring wallpaper that subtly differs from the rest of the room. It’s one of those small details that adds depth and quiet distinction.

We designed this kitchen to be a place where mornings start a little slower, something’s always on the stove, and people gather without being asked.

Warm, familiar, and made to be lived in every day.

We’re taking you back to our Sullivan’s Island project. This time, a look at the family room in progress.

Designed with both function and symmetry in mind, the reeded panels above the fireplace slide open to reveal a concealed TV, tucking it away when not in use and allowing the millwork to take center stage. Flanking arched bookcases mirror the arched tile detail in the kitchen, creating a subtle dialogue between the two spaces.

And these chairs. Positioned to face the room but seen first from the porch through the Euro doors, their silhouette was just as important from the back as it is from the front.

A space designed to feel thoughtful from every angle.

See this kitchen in all its glory by visiting our Sheridan Road project in our online gallery.

This home balances classic architecture with a refined yet relaxed sensibility. From bespoke glass shelving to contemporary furnishings, we wanted each space to feel collected and cohesive.

Styling is where a space begins to feel personal.

We often look beyond the expected, layering art not just on walls, but within shelving and millwork to create moments of discovery. A framed piece tucked among objects brings contrast, softness, and a sense of intention to what might otherwise feel purely functional.

It’s less about filling every shelf and more about creating rhythm. Mixing collected objects, books, and artwork allows the eye to move, pause, and settle.

Giving you a peek inside our Sullivan’s Island project, starting in the kitchen.

Every inch was considered. The dining table is seamlessly built into the island, allowing us to give square footage back to the family room without sacrificing function. While working within the home’s strict footprint, the island still feels generous and inviting.

Above, bone china pendants sourced from an English maker cast a soft, collected glow. To the right of the cooktop, a concealed pantry hides in plain sight, with custom doors on Harmon hinges that fold back completely.

Anchoring it all is an arched tile feature, layered with three distinct tiles, that quietly conceals the vent hood while becoming the kitchen’s focal point.

We can’t wait to see it all come to life during installation.

Trust us, the ceiling fixture deserves its moment. Unfortunately, Instagram forced us to choose between the light and the beautiful flooring. Visit our website to see the entire space in all its glory.
