Started another pine floor yesterday and about to fire up the belt sander today. Pretty rough floor but we’re going to give it a new life! Stay tuned for the time lapse and other updates!

This isn’t our current project but in honor of Final Coat Friday, check out this buff with 220 grit diamonds before the final coat of finish. This was a fun one in Fort Wayne a couple weeks ago. This is a Birch floor stained with Loba, Mahogany and finished off with the best product on the market - ProCoat Titan

The living room rough off is complete. No dark stains have been found hiding under the old finish so we’re off to a good start!

It’s been a tough week but finally ready to sand! Tons of patchwork and about 250 linear feet of tongue and groove flooring was made onsite to get it to this point. Time to make some dust!
