Here it is Top Shelfers! Introducing our brand new sauce…SMOKEY SAUCE! We put some samples out there and the response has been great!

This is a REAL wood fired smoke sauce. Absolutely NO artificial smoke flavoring. This sauce spends 4 hours on our smoker, taking in smoke and infusing it deep into the sauce. Let us know how many you want!

Baby backs are on! At this point, the butt has been on for about 6 hours. It was injected with apple juice and rubbed down with our PORK-CHICKEN RUB. Spritzed every hour with apple juice. Now, the ribs? Well, of course they were rubbed down with our BEEF RUB for a dry rib. They will smoke 4-5 hours with a spritz of apple juice every hour. The last hour they will be wrapped up in foil and placed back on “Bevo” to tenderize and add the moisture back in.

2 hours in at extreme smoke, 180. Bumped up to 205 and will let it ride for about 2 hours. Once the internal temp reaches about 140 I’ll wrap em up with some apple juice, butter and brown sugar.
