Declutter Prescription Organizing & Seasonal Decor Firm helping people LOVE their homes! So glad you are here! I have been blessed to have a non-traditional Pharmacist job.

I’m Katina, your friendly Pharmacist dispensing your Declutter Prescription...organization, décor and encouragement. On any given day, you may find me taking care of patients on my day job as a Clinical Pharmacist AND inspiring others to add joy to their homes with seasonal décor and organizing. Part of my responsibilities include conducting complex medication reviews in patients' homes. Getting organized is my first step in creating the "medication story" to relate back to each patient's provider. It takes clinical skill, compassion, and tough love to convince my patients to "let go" of expired medications and therapies they are no longer taking or no longer serve them. I have always loved having clean, cozy, beautiful spaces in my own home. Through the years, friends started asking me to help them create organized yet festive dwellings and they recommended me to others. When I finally said, "Ok God I get it… I am a Pharmacist, Professional Organizer, Décor Maven, and so much more"...Declutter Prescription was a natural next step. The magic of Declutter Prescription is that I intertwine my love and skill of organizing with my passion of inspiring others to be well. My mission is to help every client make their home a haven so they can go out and change the world. Declutter Prescription is "just what the doctor ordered" to foster peace and joy in your home. Are you ready for your dose?

This pantry was only about 22 inches wide — but the width wasn’t even the biggest surprise.

When my client sent me her consultation video, there was so much packed into the pantry that neither one of us could tell it only had TWO shelves. Once we cleared everything out, I also discovered those shelves weren’t secured to the wall.

So the original plan had to change completely.

Instead, I reworked the pantry around the vertical space we had, especially that open area at the bottom. We used stackable black containers with handles so they were easy to move, easy to label, and much easier on the eyes.

And honestly, the opaque design was a bonus. When everything inside a container isn’t perfectly lined up, you don’t see all of that visual clutter. The pantry still looks clean and intentional.

We also found an adorable book/magazine holder that turned out to be the perfect solution for storing her plastic plates upright.

This is why organizing is about more than buying bins. Sometimes the space reveals a completely different problem once you empty it — and that’s when you have to rethink the plan.

Small pantry. Big difference.

When you’re a creative, your space has to do more than just look good—it has to work with the way you create.

This young woman is a talented seamstress and crafter, but all of those fabrics, scraps, works-in-progress, and finished pieces needed a system.

So yes, we cleaned and organized the room—but the real transformation was creating a home for everything. We sorted through her fabric and scraps, separated completed pieces from projects still in progress, and placed everything into clearly labeled bins so she can actually find what she needs when inspiration hits.

Because organization isn’t about putting everything away. It’s about creating systems that make it easier to do what you love.
