Joe’s bench just got busy again! He’s currently working on 18 new blades. 😳 6 tomahawks, 6 hatchets and 6 knives! So far he’s completed the initial bevel grinding stage on all of them. This beauty was gifted to some wonderful friends (and fellow Ho’s) as a wedding gift. We expect Mrs. Elliott to fulfill her wifely duties and whip up some delicious meals for Mr. Elliott as promised in her vows. 😜 Joe made this Copper Mai Santoku blade with a black & white Ebony wood handle featuring NC State colored accents in the handle for the Wolfpack couple. This beauty just left Santa’s workshop and is headed to its new home. This is a 7.5” hunter style knife with a 3.5” blade. The blade is Damascus and features Baker Forge Damascus CopperMai bolsters. The handle is Honduran Rosewood Burl. It also includes a Black Kydex sheath with belt clip.

This 12 inch Santoku kitchen knife is ready to start chopping and slicing. The blade is Firestorm Wavy Damascus (Coppermascus). The handle is stabilized mammoth tooth (yes, actual mammoth tooth! 🦣🦷) paired with raw desert ironwood burl and vintage rag micarta spacer with G10 accents & liner.
