So as a test I ordered some flowers from FTD and this is what we got for $50, the vase was not included which it should ...

So as a test I ordered some flowers from FTD and this is what we got for $50, the vase was not included which it should have been and in addition to that it was delivered a day late. The flowers on the brink of death. No water pouch to keep them alive. The card message was not inserted into the envelope it was just throwing together hastily.
