A lot of people laugh when I say it takes 5 hours to engrave a cutting board like this. The thing is, a cheap $500 diode laser will give you a dark burn while a $10,000 dollar CO2 won't. It needs to go low and slow on wood. I added the background in AI, but the rest is the real cherry board. If you would like one they are $65 with free artwork. We also have the same board in Black Walnut $75 and Hard Maple $55. Cherry is our choice for the best look.

This is a nice closing gift for realtors, keepsake, or housewarming gift. Customer asked us to make her a custom serving/cutting board for her friends housewarming gift. I asked if she had a picture of the home, and this is what we came up with. Backgrounds are AI, everything else is real.

We started out doing these one at a time. Placement, framing, engraving. I did two and decided to make a jig for them. After making the jig (almost two hours), I was able to knock them all (28) in a little over an hour. Need some keychains? Hit us up. Need a realtor? Call Andrea Friedmann, Realtor Keller Williams.
